Eleven years ago, IMPAQTO was born with a clear purpose: to support, train, and empower entrepreneurs leading innovative businesses with social, environmental, and economic impact in Latin America.
Today, on our 11th anniversary, we celebrate together with our community everything we have built. IMPAQTO is more than a company—it is an ecosystem that empowers change agents who work every day for a more equitable and regenerative region.

Over these years, together we have achieved:

- 18,236 entrepreneurs, SMEs, and startups empowered.
- USD 869,000 in capital delivered to businesses with social and environmental impact.
- 2.6 million people positively impacted across 20 countries in the region.

Three Business Lines, One Shared Purpose
At IMPAQTO, we have grown, evolved, and diversified our solutions so that more people can become entrepreneurs and lead systemic change. Our three business lines work together to strengthen the impact ecosystem in the region:
- IMPAQTO Coworking: We provide collaborative workspaces in Quito and Cuenca that are not just offices, but living communities where ideas, partnerships, and opportunities flourish.
- IMPAQTO Labs: We design and implement training, acceleration, and innovation programs for entrepreneurs, SMEs, and organizations, with a special focus on inclusion, gender, migration, and sustainability.
- IMPAQTO Capital: Through our impact investment fund, we connect capital with startups that generate systemic social and environmental change in the Andean region.
