IMPAQTO Labs, IMPAQTO’s innovation lab, is a space where businesses transform into sustainable and impactful solutions. Since its creation, it has been a catalyst for startups, micro businesses, SMEs, and young entrepreneurs.
This 2024 was an unforgettable year. We embarked on a journey full of challenges, learning, and victories alongside hundreds of change agents who shared a vision: to transform their communities and the world through their ideas.
At IMPAQTO Labs, we aim to develop and implement programs and projects that empower the entrepreneurial ecosystem with a focus on acceleration, gender, agtech, food tech, leadership, female empowerment, and the environment. With this plan in mind, we launched 9 programs that changed lives:

A community of impact
588 people from different places and backgrounds participated in our programs with a single purpose: to learn, grow, and build a better future.
Among them, courageous women represented 91% of participants, paving the way with their leadership. Members of the LGBTIQ+ community were 2%, and women with disabilities accounted for 5% of our participants, demonstrating that entrepreneurship is for everyone. Additionally, 12% of participants came from indigenous towns and nationalities, bringing invaluable cultural richness.
Stories of change
Each of these entrepreneurs has a story to tell. With the support we provided, we mobilized $88,100 in seed capital, planting change in their projects.
But the impact did not stop there. More than 14,730 people benefited indirectly from these initiatives. Families, communities, and allies witnessed how these ideas transformed realities and opened new opportunities.
Throughout the year, we also organized events that marked milestones. The Digital Transformation Summit and Lider Summit brought together 363 participants, who gained tools, connections, and motivation to move forward. Additionally, our support for Social Media Day allowed us to connect even more with the digital community, creating synergies for the future.
A journey without borders
The impact of IMPAQTO Labs crossed borders. Participants from 6 countries — Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, and Peru — joined this journey, contributing diverse and enriching perspectives.
Within Ecuador, we reached 16 cities, from Ambato to Tena, including Guayaquil, Otavalo, Galápagos, and many more. Each region brought its uniqueness, and together we built a national network of innovation and collaboration.
The journey of 2024 was just the beginning. We have seen what is possible when ideas turn into actions and communities work together for the common good. We are excited for what is to come, knowing that today’s dreams are tomorrow’s realities.
