Fausto Miño: Entrepreneurship with Art, Purpose, and Community from IMPAQTO Coworking

May 5, 2025 | Community, Coworking

Fausto Miño is a well-known name in the Ecuadorian music scene, but behind the stage, he is also a passionate entrepreneur, a creative educator, and a multifaceted change-maker.

Today, as part of the IMPAQTO Coworking community, Fausto shares how he has turned his artistic talent into a powerful tool to transform lives, businesses, and communities.

Three projects, one purpose

“I’m Fausto Miño, and I have three simultaneous projects here at IMPAQTO,” he shares enthusiastically. His first project stems from his artistic vocation: an innovative concert-training proposal, combining live music with business education. This hybrid, aimed at companies, SMEs, and entrepreneurs, seeks not only to entertain but also to inspire and educate. “It’s a powerful product that I love doing,” says Fausto, highlighting his training at the Hubbard Business School and his commitment to the professional growth of others.

His second project is related to health: the RCM System, an initiative for distributing a product that generates stem cells, helping people restore their well-being. “Seeing people regain their health excites me, and we are developing it with a lot of love,” he affirms.

And the third, no less ambitious, is a real estate project at the Mitad del Mundo, with privileged views and an ecological vision. Fausto dreams of a self-sustaining urban development, with its own gardens and clean water. “Commercially, I think it will do well, but spiritually, it’s the right concept.”

Impact beyond business

Fausto doesn’t only measure success in numbers: “With the concerts, there’s an emotional impact. Art brings clarity, inspires, and energizes the audience.” His trainings contribute cognitively, providing tools and knowledge that flourish in entrepreneurial ventures. And with the RCM System, the impact is tangible: “Health and education are the most social works there are.”

In real estate, his focus on sustainability and community life shows that it’s possible to build with purpose. “The development I’m creating is about holistic well-being. It’s a beautiful project in every sense.”

IMPAQTO as a creative engine

“I love working at IMPAQTO,” he says without hesitation. Whether in the IMPAQTO Cumbayá offices—where “we sell more”—at the IMPAQTO La Carolina location—where “we are more organized and efficient”—or dreaming of visiting IMPAQTO La Floresta and the IMPAQTO Cuenca facilities, Fausto deeply values the aesthetic, human, and collaborative environment he finds in every space.

“It’s a place that inspires you. There are so many people pushing the cart that we really have fun here. I don’t think I could have found a better ally than IMPAQTO.”

A true change-maker

“I’ve always been a change-maker,” he reflects. From his twenties, when he dreamed of being a singer, to today, as a social entrepreneur, Fausto has experienced a transformation that fills him with pride. He firmly believes that the real contribution to Ecuador is helping more entrepreneurs succeed. “I love this country, and for me, it is a priority that businesses thrive.”

He dreams of a future where not just 2% succeed, but 20%, 30%, or even 50%! For that, he insists, the key is community: “One cannot be happy if others fail. Success is achieved in community. And I’m grateful to have found IMPAQTO.”
