IMPAQTO Labs: Programs that Transform Lives
At IMPAQTO Labs, our entrepreneurship and innovation laboratory, we have developed initiatives that specifically support the migrant community, particularly Venezuelan entrepreneurs in Ecuador. Some of these programs include:
- Pre-Incubation for Venezuelan Entrepreneurs: A program dedicated to co-creating innovative initiatives that foster learning and growth for ventures led by Venezuelan migrants. Through workshops, mentorship, and networking, this program equips entrepreneurs with tools to structure and scale their projects while strengthening their social and economic impact in host communities.
- Meetings of Venezuelan Entrepreneurs: Spaces to share and learn through inspiring stories. During these gatherings, alongside UNHCR, prominent Venezuelan entrepreneurs share their life experiences, from initial challenges to achieved successes. These stories of resilience, creativity, and perseverance highlight that failures are not barriers but crucial steps toward success. They serve as a reminder that every challenge is an opportunity to grow and build something meaningful.
All IMPAQTO Labs programs have an inclusive approach. Through specialized mentorship, innovation tools, and a supportive network, we aim for each participant to unlock their potential and contribute positively to society.
